Gene Call Celebrates 20 Years at MasterGraphics
Aug. 18, 2009 - MADISON, Wis. - Gene Call, account manager for the building and civil industries, as well as government agencies, is celebrating the 20th anniversary of his employment at MasterGraphics this month.
Gene has been selling CAD software and services for MasterGraphics for almost 10 years, but he has held several different positions since joining MasterGraphics in 1989, including large-format camera operator, reprographics representative and inkjet account manager.
During his tenure with the company, Gene has witnessed a dramatic change in the acceleration of project design and communication, and he has been front and center supporting his customers through that evolution. One thing that has not changed, however, is his commitment to strong relationships with those customers.
"The power of the technology involved with project design has pushed the industry beyond my wildest expectations," said Call, who is a resident of Madison. "The design and distribution process used to be so manual and time consuming, but that process has been dramatically accelerated with new software solutions." Despite the ever-increasing pace of the industry, however, Call has maintained an even tempo in building and maintaining relationships with his customers.
"Gene's commitment to our customers is unsurpassed," said Michael Wilkes, president of MasterGraphics. "He has succeeded by building relationships with companies and serving their needs with the right solutions - not just the newest solutions. For two decades now, Gene has been a model of loyalty to his customers and to MasterGraphics, and we congratulate him on this milestone.
