The AutoCAD Term License is available for 12 calendar months from the date of activation. Term licenses can't be suspended, and credits cannot be provided for unused periods of the term. Subscription can't be added to the AutoCAD Term License. No upgrades or cross-grades paths are available. The AutoCAD Term License is available only on 2009 and 2010 versions.
