InfraWorks 360 Road Design
Recommended Course Length:
Autodesk InfraWorks 360 is a powerful application for planning civil design projects, simulating and analyzing designs before construction, and communicating design intent and outcomes to the public or other stakeholders. Knowledge of the tools and workflows will greatly enhance the results and speed by which projects are taken from concept to completion.
In this course, you will learn to quickly gather existing conditions information relevant to your project site, layout proposed roads, rail, site and bridge designs. You will also have the opportunity to perform analysis on your proposals including drainage, traffic, etc. Once you’ve created your proposed designs, you’ll learn how to create rich presentation quality videos and storyboards that will help differentiate you from your competition. This course uses Infraworks in practical applications that teach essential Autodesk InfraWorks 360 concepts.
Who Should Attend
Anyone who plans on using Infraworks 360 for road project planning, pre/post design analysis, presentation of project objectives, or setting up the tools for those that will be involved in those functions.
This focused class covers general use of Infraworks 360 as well as some specialty topics for road details, setting up styles, analysis tools, and presentation tools. The primary objective of the course is for students to learn the process of road design by use of Infraworks 360 through hands-on application and exercises.
