Dual HD projector-based SLA offers up to 5x faster curing layer times compared to laser-based technology.
A highly productive system that merges the speed and material performance benefits of light projection technology with the first-article success, accuracy, and surface finish of SLA.
A compact, mid-frame printer that produces batch-level, true production-grade parts in a fraction of the time it would take conventional SLA.
It is designed to operate using Figure 4 range of engineering and production-grade resins to produce best-in-class smoothness and injection-molded like part quality.
Dual HD projector-based SLA offers up to 5x faster curing layer times compared to laser-based technology.
Our high power 7 watt projectors deliver first article success at 90µm pixel resolution, with exceptional print quality and repeatability.
Compact size with a large build volume capacity. The perfect tool for service bureau and production applications.
Passes through a standard doorway and can be set up in a few hours. You only need a standard power outlet to start.
The PSLA 270 architecture merges the best of both worlds: the pixel productivity of projection-based technology and the buoyant, non-contract precision of SLA. Its dual high-resolution projectors deliver unmatched pixel efficiency, far surpassing traditional laser systems.
With the PSLA 270 there is no contact, and no gravity-based distortion. The end result is remarkable precision, consistency and part quality irrespective of geometry with a fraction of the support structure needed by other solutions. While building inverted with a membrane works great for small parts, it introduces distortion from peeling and gravity on bulky parts with large cross-sections.
Compact size with a max. build capacity 242 x 265 x 300 mm (9.5 x 10.4 x 11.8 in)
Material change takes 15 mins. when previous design was taking hours.
Material changes have never been easier. The PSLA 270 features a mobile cart designed to accommodate a variety of material vat sizes to best fit your application. The vat system is designed to keep the elevator, displacer, and recoater nested with the vat of resin they are used with.
The Material Delivery Module (MDM) is also an integral part of the mobile cart so nothing needs to be cleaned during a material swap. One cart is simply exchanged for another and all the necessary components come with it. Additionally, precision vat location to the frame of the printer ensures the smoothest possible material change.
